The proposal of TWIN NET was approved in the framework of the E-Services program of the total budget of 20,000 euros.
The aim of the project is to implement a dynamic two-way interactive dynamic Portal (eTask), through which the company will receive from its customers requests to implement (orders) for its applications, will inform its customers about the Development of their requests, and will provide them with information and support in their applications (electronic Help Desk)
These requests will result in real time in the ERP and will be updated two-way, to the final customer, for their acceptance, the time and the cost of the final implementation as well as the current state of delivery. The information will be done both through the interactive portal and via e-mail.
In addition, the customer will be able to be informed of issues related to the applications that he/she uses and receive updates, for new features, upgrades and error corrections that the business announces.

On 08/10/2009, TWIN NET signed a cooperation agreement with the Cyprus company BS1 Limited, for the promotion in Greece of the innovative SAP B1 system, a product of the first worldwide company in SAP A.G. ERP systems, which is addressed to SMES. The promotion of the system in Greece will be in collaboration with the company ILYDA S.A.
